There are plenty of wrongful death suits filed in the United States. Sometimes the prizes are really high, sometimes not. The most common applications of this type of concern traffic accidents, medical malpractice lawsuits, workplace injuries, and unsafe local demands.

Of course, many more, some of them high profile. Obviously, most high-profile cases in the past 15 years is the OJ Simpson case.
